Logo and corporate identity creation for Azimut Line

Azimut Line, a shipping company, specializes in shipping containers and provides a full range of door-to-door services. Azimut Line representatives approached us with the task of creating a unique company logo, as well as a corporate identity and brand book.

The client’s requirements were as follows: the logo should be in English to facilitate communication with international clients; the logo style should be simple, clean, and concise; and the preferred colors for the corporate identity were gray, graphite, and anthracite.

Our designers submitted several logo sketches for consideration, tailored to the client’s preferences. Ultimately, a very modern, clean, yet highly attractive and memorable design was selected. The combination of a square graphic element, within which we harmoniously placed the capital letter A (Azimut Line), and the clean, easy-to-read font of the name conveys the company’s status, confidence, and stability. Such a logo will be associated with trust in the company, its success, and will undoubtedly evoke the right emotions in the target audience.

Our specialists also prepared a complete set of rules and essential standards for visual brand communication, designed to help create a unified verbal perception of the brand/company. The Brand Book for Azimut Line contains standard sections dedicated to the rules for using the corporate identity (corporate colors, fonts, logos, etc.).

The main goal of the corporate identity is to be recognizable on brand media. In this case, one of these media is the cabin and sides of the company’s trucks and vehicles. We developed a gradient element as the corporate logo, conveying the brand’s core idea: “Line is connection.” We incorporated the azimuth symbol into the corporate icon and applied a techno-inspired, high-tech typography style to the logo. We added an element to the background image of the corporate documentation that reflects the essence of the brand: movement and speed, precision in movement and task execution. We also selected illustrations for the presentation documents. We developed two versions of the same color scheme—in light and dark tones. We adapted the background image for various media types.
